best timings for 1333mhz CL7 RAM ??

i have 1600mhz CL7 1.5v ram i want it to be at 1333mhz
cause my CPU only supports 1333mhz. currently im at 1066mhz 7-7-7-19 at auto voltage.
what is the best timings and voltages for 1333mhz CL7 ram ??
the only option for voltage is 1.467v and 1.533v which should i choose ?

Ignore the above as it's not true and makes no sense....What mobo and CPU, can try the sticks at 1333, 7-7-7-21, 2T 1.533....if mobo max is 1333, may have to raise timings to 8-8-8-24, can tell more whan you let us kknow the CPU/mobo combo

hey btw can athlon II x2 270 could go 1333mhz though ?? and whats 2t ?? thanks !
