Cant connect to router

Hey, i've been trying to make a server in a game. Its seems like i cant connect to my router page it just says it cant find the page. i found the ip behind on my D-Link router 192.168.0.1 but my CMD say something else when i type in ipconfig 100.82.160.1
ive tried both but they dont work, hope someone can help :)
 
Solution
Go to cmd and type ipconfig /all. Look at the IP address next to Gateway. That is your routers IP address. If you forgot the username and password once you pull up the configure page you may have to reset the router. There is a tiny hole in the back of the router to reset. Once you reset, the address 192.168.0.1 should work. The default username for dlink router is admin and password admin.

Is it under standard gateway because i tried that one and that dont work... 89.249.14.162 was the IP my cmd is in danish so i dont really know what it is named in english
