ok so a week ago i got monitor benq dl2215 it was bad, everything about it.. so when i realized this i returned it and go benq gl2250 now this one is good colors and angles are great but when im in any game i have this faint lines like really faint only visible on some darker surfaces, yes i turned v-sync on and it fixed it up to some point. I had really bad monitor it's 15'' ctr samsung syncmaster 515s however with this monitor everything was good except it was small and i never had problems with it, i tried this:
-Changing the vga cable (i could also go with dvi but i don't have it)
-Updating my gpu drivers
-tightening all connections beetwen pc and monitors.
This is really frustrating for the last week i've been struggling with monitors like all day trying to make them work right and yday night when i got this i didn't notice this at first but now i did and it's driving me crazy. I know it could be gpu but as i said on 15'' i had no problems what so ever in any game i'd gladly test it but i don't have another gpu atm. I don't know how to fix this but because it's just ingame when gpu is under load it defintly has something to do with it, i tried setting refresh rate but i have only 60hz. Plz help me out any advice would be helpful im desperate here. Specs: radeon 7850 hd
i3-3220
4gb ram

I'm not sure as to what you're saying. Is it screen tearing?

You should really get a DVI cable. VGA brings about some interference due to being analog, and it might fix your problem.

Alright i just tested my brothers lcd on my pc and it's the same that indicates that it's either software or hardware but has nothing to do with monitor can you narrow it down for me plz :/ Im afraid it's gpu, i have warranty but ill have to wait like 3 weeks to get it fixed and i don't wanna do that since i just go the monitor x_x
EDIT: I think i figured it out my vga cable that im using thru the converter seems like it can't support high resolutions, dropping back to 1024x768 like my crt 15'' there were no lines so im guesing i should get dvi cable for digital input and more bandwith on data transmission plz someone respond tell me if im thinking correctly

atm i have enough money to buy single link but everything is compatible and the only diff is that dual link can go up to 2560 resolution and single link up to 1920x1080, also vga is not recommended to go higher than 1024x768. Ill go buy it tomorrow and i will update u on the results in case someone ahs the same problem
