Which CPU heatsink fan can I buy?

I am running the stock AMD heatsink that came with my 8350 CPU. When I am using the PC normally, the fan is spinning at only 3000RPM and the CPU is at 40 C. Whilst gaming, the fan cranks up to 4500RPM and CPU is at 60 C and the PC sounds like a jet engine. Can you guys recommend a very good CPU cooler which isn't too big. I have a small case so something like Noctua NH-U12S will be too big.

If you want to water cool, you could try this: (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/thermaltake-cpu-cooler-clw0215). The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is another good option.

A coolermaster hyper TX3 would be far better than stock. Otherwise, a coolermaster Seidon 120xl all in one liquid cooler.

The stock AMD cooler is 62mm high, the Noctua NH-L12 is 93mm with both fans, 66mm with only 1 fan.
