Is MSI after burner bad?, will it damage your component?

As you all may know the R9 290X is capped at 20% fan spin speed, and it can get very hot, so hot when i touch it it burns my hands, 93-94.C, do you think that it might wear the fan out on the graphics card?
btw I set the fan to automatic on After burner, it usually is on 67% fan speed.

Do you have 290x on the stock cooler?
Well yeah 290x gets 95 C :

Are you asking if leaving it at the 67% will wear out the fan? It's not going to do any damage for a long time, that's perfectly fine.

Yeah, but it's gonna be awhile before that fan goes bad, unless you got a crappy unit or it's a bad manufacturer. I wouldn't worry about it.
