So I'm just posting this, I,m buying this system system today all parts are pretty much final, and i was wondering if it all looks good, and second how well will it run games, if you guys could tell me.

It doesn't necessarily have to be 4670k, any Haswell processor will do with the motherboard you chose. But yeah you should get the i5-4670k or get a a LGA 1155 motherboard instead for the 3570k.

would 4770k work aswell, i thought i might aswell go up to that if i can afford it
