Help! Will theese specs run BF4 on ultra with good fps?!

Hi im going to get a new pc next week and i wanna play BF4 on ultra with good FPS. Will theese specs do it?

Intel i5 3570k 3.4ghz with a corsair h80i liquid cooler (maybe gonna overclock if needed probably)
GTX 770 2GB VRAM MSI's version
Corsair vengeance pro 16GB RAM 1600mhz
Intel 530 SSD 240 GB

Will theese specs do it?
And one more thing should i download programs that make sure that cpu is working correctly and gpu?! (1st pc building)

but the gtx 770 im thinking getting has 2Gb vram! thinking of getting a gtx 780 or a amd R9 290 not x! cus its only where i live a 100 euro more expensive both of them compares to the gtx 770.

Well to be honest bf4 only uses just a little more than 2Gb of vram....so i can't see why it couldn't....Insted of getting a gtx 780 might as well get another 2gb 770 and run them sli. Then your guaranteed ultra
