Looking for a budget AMD motherboard.

Could you guys give some recommendations for the best AMD motherboard for ~$150? Lower would be great, but I do want a solid mobo.

first, what socket. AM3/AM3+ for the FX line of chips or FM2/FM2+ for the APU chips.

second, do you plan on overclocking. cheaper boards has less/crappier VRM's and they are important for voltage for overclocking.

third, do you plan on crossfire/sli in the future with video cards? The 3 main AM3+ chipsets all have different number of PCI express slots which determine the maximum number of video cards you can add.

I'm going for the FX series. I'm planning on overclocking CPU. I'm planning to Crossfire in the future too. Sorry for not mentioning so, I didn't realize I had to give these details.
