FPS problems with new gaming computer

Hey guys so I just built a gaming computer and I have been trying to play my steam games such as Arma 2 and DayZ but when I get on it is like I am getting an FPS rate of 2-3 fps and I cannot figure out the problem. Please help thank you.

My Computer Specs are:
CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme6 ATX LGA 1155
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1600
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hard Drive
Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB
Power Supply: Corsair CX 750W Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Have you tried updating your graphics drivers? Or remove the current drivers and reinstall them.

I have tried updating the graphics drivers and it said that they are up to date

Reinstall the graphics drivers. Uninstall, reboot into safe mode, drive sweep to clear any leftovers then reinstall.

Report back if that fixes any problems
