Why does my monitor shake sometimes

After I installed my new msi r9 280X on my new gigabyte z75 motherboard, I noticed that my screen display vibrates for like half a second at random times every few minutes. What could be causing this and how do I work on fixing this? Before upgrading, my pc used an intel DH61WW mobo and a sapphire radeon hd 7870 as my display driver. Thanks in advance.

Were you able to solve your problem because im having same problem with my Sapphire R9 280X on intel dh61ww mobo.

My screen shakes constantly when i turn the settings to full definition with 60 refresh rate. it only stops when i tune down the refresh rate to 30. Any solution? or the card is faulty.
