Time and date resets when i reboot my computer and it will only boot with on board graphics (no signal when connected to the P

When i restart my computer the time and date is reset to year 2008 and i get no signal when my monitor is connected to the PCIE, only when connected to the on board graphic will it work. Help is much appreciated!
