Are you using AMD Catalyst drivers and the Nvidia drivers at the same time?

Check this for me:
Go into Nvidia Control Panel
Then go to the Configure SLI, Surround, Physx tab
Make sure the Physx is set to your GTX 660 or auto-select not your CPU

Let's put this in perspective here. He's tried playing on low settings. APUs are weak but in terms of CPU strength, it has similar performance to a Q9400 which is more than powerful enough to play the game.

You may be right, if hes using the motherboard the game would run off integrated.

@OP If you are using the motherboard HDMI port go into your bios, you should see something about the main video output, you need to switch it to PEG or whatever your motherboard calls it. After you switch it save and turn off your PC. Switch the cable to the GPU and it will now run everything off the gpu by default.

He can play the game, his issue is the fact that he is not getting the fps his gpu is capable of because as the chart shows his cpu is not up to par.

I highly doubt the apu is in the class of a Q9400.

It is.

Don't get me wrong. I do think that A8 is holding back the 660. But low/medium settings should be easily achieved.
