computer starts up then says starting windows and blue screens

just got a new mother board since my old one died my new one is a asrock 990fx killer amd and now when my computer turns on it says start windows repair or start windows normally if i start repair it says it cant fix it automatically then asks to send something. If I start normally it says starting windows and then after a little bit my keyboard and mouse turn off and blue screens. Any help would be appreciated I've been through hell the past week with this thing. My old board is an MSI 990FXA-GD80

A reinstall will delete your files. You can get a new hard drive, reinstall windows on the new drive, then plug in you old drive with your data and copy over your files.
