I already asked this, but the answers were back-and-forth and I never got a straight answer. I was wondering if someone could design me a build, it would be very much appreciated. As stated, it can;t go over $1000 USD, and that price has to include shipping, etc. It needs to include an OS (Win. 7) and I really, realllly, want to stay with an Intel CPU. I want to run most current gen, and next gen games at medium settings. I don't need to max out. I will list some games, and if you could give me an estimate of how many FPS I would get on each game at medium settings with your build, that would be awesome! Thank you SO much!

Games:
Arma 2/3
DayZ Mod
DayZ Standalone
Rust
World Of Warcraft

As stated, I need an OS. I don't need a monitor, a keyboard, ETC. I mean of course if I could fit a nicer mouse and keyboard into the budget, that would be ideal, but I am not expecting that.

I did read it TheMoham, how many FPS would you guess I'd get on DayZ Stand Alone, Arma 3, and rust? Well, I don't really want to go through the troubles of watercooling, so unless I could overclock with a standard cooler, no.

You don't have to use water cooling to overclock. My systems overclocked and I use air cooling, but definitely not the stock cooler. I get a build posted in a few.

That system won't OC, the cpu is locked(non k) and the motherboard doesn't support it(you need a z87 chipset).
This build has a slightly slower video card(gtx 760 vs the GTX 770) but it does have the ability to overclock and will still easily run the games and settings you are wanting.

So, I edited the build a bit, just a few minor changes. So, this is good?

How is 3tbs pointless? I have tons of movies, music and games you know. Each game is 15-30 gbs. I run through 1tb quick. Gotta delete stuff all the time.... $40 for 2 more tbs is a deal.
