I know that the minimum gpu for gsync is 650 ti boost. But i was wondering if I could still use the monitor with displayport, but run it in regular monitor mode with a lesser gpu. The reason i ask this, is because I have a pc with a gtx 780 that i want to use for gsync, but i also want to connect another pc to this monitor that does not meet minimum gpu requirements.

Yes, it should just work as a normal monitor.
