Solution
1. yes it comes with it on the stock heatsink preapplied

2. no you should be fine. the warning was when the boards first came out. all new boards will have the latest bios.

3. yes you will probably have to reinstall windows when making a big switch. very few times you can get away with it but most of the time you'll have to reinstall./

1: Yes, most (if not all) stock coolers come with grease pre-applied. If you are not overclocking you should be fine with the stock cooler.
2: No. install your OS and after the computer stabilizes update the bios. The MSI website specifically states the bios supports FX CPUs (http://us.msi.com/product/mb/990FXAGD65.html#/?div=Basic)
3: Problematic. If your last CPU was FX class and your last motherboard was an MSI you *might* be able to transfer without reimaging. I doubt it. Call MS if you attempt it and it will not authenticate. They may let you get by without buying a new license... but I doubt it.
