I used Win 7 snipping tool to capture a pic, I open snipping tool, dragged the parts that I wanted to screenshot and used the Highlighter and Pen function in the snipping tool to add some words, then saved the pic.
How can I remove pen and highlighter parts in a pic saved by Win 7 snipping tool? I want to make it look like the original screenshot. The pen highlighted part overlapped/covered some of the text.
