I bought a Storm Sirus Headset 2 months ago for about 100€, and I have a problem. Everytime I plug the headset on the power supply, there is a continuous whistle/breeze noise that I hear. I plug it in USB (2 ports). I tried every settings and then a radical thing : I plugged the power to an AC outlet, but not on any device. The noise appears as soon as I plug it. So, this is a problem from the headset. The after sales service of my seller (LDLC.com) told me after a verification that there is no malfunction of the device.
Could you please help me?
