$60-70 PC Case suggestion?

I got my eye so the Apevis X-Hermes case; it come with 4 120mm fans and 1 200m fan for $70. I really like this case because it come with 5 fans. I was wondering if this a good case though? Is there a different case with the same price that come with fans?

Corsair 230T and 300R probably are very similar in performance. The dimensions are about the same but the 230T has an extra front fan. However, I'd rather buy a higher quality fan to add to the front myself...that's why I'd lean towards 300R.

It has space for side fans and a window... very nice case and is on sale right now.

Very good looking case comes with 2 front 120mm blue LED fans, spce for 2 140mm fans on top and 1 120mm on the bottom. I like this case a bit more than the CM Storm Scout 2...
