Hello people
I 've since three 3 weeks ago built a new PC
and I get random BSOD 's The first one said it was Motionjoy ( wdf01000.sys ) when used even Windows 8 , never had problems with it on my old PC ( never had a BSOD on my old rig) i got it six times or so , so i deleted motionjoy , when I thought it was gone.
I had not bought my video card , I used onboard graphics
after 2 week i bought my R9 290 Tri - X and did a clean intstall of Windows 7 , I had the latest drivers for my mother board ( and latest BIOS ) graphics card Sound ( Realtek ) and AMD R9 290 latest drivers
then after an hour when the installation's finished , I got another BSOD This time it was atkmdag.sys from ati / amd i got i like 8 times in 2 weeks i Deleted all the drivers from my PC and reinstalled it whitout problem then i got it again T_T
its so randomly sometimes when im browsing the web sometimes when i watch movies NEVER when im playing a game i playd BF4 for six straight hours whit no problem . i used Memtest86 + for checking the ram succeed two passes with no errors i checked my ssd whit whit chkdsk no errors so i did a fresh install of Windows 7 again intall everything fresh no problem .
after one day later BSOD again ! now it is
Filename : dxgkrnl.sys
: ntoskkrnl.exe

Bug check string: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

I've heard motionjoy having virus'. Not necessarily the issue. Is your pc overclocked? I'm falling asleep soon so I may be a few hours till tomorrow but I see no one is responding. I'll try again when I'm more awake.
Backup your data if you haven't. Then try the reset feature on win8. Check on you tomorrow k?

I unselected "best solution"
It clearly looks like it's a driver issue with your video card. So the problem lies most likely with ati's drivers. This happens. I recommend you try:
1) Removing your gpu (I know that sucks) but use your on board video instead and see if it's stable (no BSOD)
2) After a couple of days of clear stability it's apparent that it's the gpu driver at this point (bc we removed problem and no longer have it) now, find an older driver that does not have issues (yes, sometimes newest driver causes crashes) if we can find this. Ex, nvidia driver 334.89 is causing lots of bsod, crashes, hangs etc. so I had to use 332.21 (which I had previously). I found the link on nvidia's website for this driver and shared it with others. Since I do not have ati I do not know directly which previous driver has less issues for you or I would link it here. Try researching stable drivers for your specific card.

Now, still I just woke up and I will re-read all your details to make sure I didn't miss something but hopefully this works.

Actually, before you try the above try this:
http://www.computertipsfree.com/fix-43029-atikmdag-sys-blue-screen-bsod-in-windows-7/
I know it's for windows 7 but it should be the same. This way we don't have to wait 2 days. Good luck!
