Computer beeping in the night

Around 5:30 am every morning my computer begins beeping, waking me up. It beeps in a series of single beeps, then double beeps, then triple beeps for about a minute, then ends. It does this both in sleep mode or active. My computer doesn't seem to have any problems when I use it. It functions perfectly normally. I just wish it would stop beeping.

I have a custom-built desktop pc. Here are the specs if that's relevant:
CPU: Intel Core i3-3240 3.4GHz
GFX: Radeon HD 7770 Sapphire Flex GHz Edition
RAM: 8GB

Sorry, I'm new to these forums I don't know what info is/isn't relevant.

Solution
In windows under control panel you have sound configuration utility and you can configure what actions give sounds! Check those although I am a fan of simply turning computers off if not in use for a long time (like over night)!

I have updated all of my drivers between when it began and now (it has been weeks, always the beeping.) and that hasn't seemed to help. My motherboard is the Gigabyte Z77-DS3H

Just to confirm, it's coming from the actual computer, not the speakers, right?

Yeah, the computer itself. I'm pretty sure it also beeps when it's turned off. At 530 am I'm not entirely lucid but I can say with relative certainty that it has beeped even when turned off.

If there isn't anything wrong with it, the easiest solution would be to open up the case and pull the internal speaker headers out. It is plugged in at the bottom right corner of the motherboard. If you can't find it, let me know and I'll find a picture of it for you.
