CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler

Motherboard: Asus Z87-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage: Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal

Video Card: ASUS GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5 GeForce GTX 770 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Optical Drive: Asus DVD-E818AAT/BLK/B/GEN DVD/CD Drive

Would a 750 Watt PSU do well enough? I'm not sure how much watt's I would need for the bare minimum of all this to run properly. But to be on the safe side I want something with a little extra wattage just to be safe.

550W is where I'd go. 750-800 if you want to run two GPUs later. Those numbers already have a fair bit of padding.

Make sure you get a decent quality one. The second link in my sig is a good reference.

Thanks! I'm going to get a 600w pay just to be on the safe side. Would this do well?

That power supply is a reliable, solid one. And 600W should be enough, as the person above has stated.
Go for it.

I'd stay away from CX; corsair cheaped out on the caps so it's likely to die early.

The 550W number already has a bunch of padding; you could get by on maybe 350W without OCing.
