if your only going to be gaming at 1280x720 resolution on your tv you dont really need that much power. at budget range would be nice. but i will give you what i would think would be a bare minimum for these days if you want it to have quality somewhat similar to a ps4/xbox1.

it will run dayz no problem at 720p, you could even get decent settings at 1080p if you wanted.

below is the arma 2 benchmarks which dayz is based off of so as far as graphics are concerned it will be roughly the same.
http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/graphics/2012/02/15/am...
note that then benchmarks are at 1080p, not 720p, which will be much less demanding.

note that then benchmarks are at 1080p maxed out settings, not 720p, which will be much less demanding so you should hold well over 40fps and average around 50fps.

This wouldnt really be a terrible build. could even do 1080 and could probably run bf3 and 4 with the settings down to medium if you wanted later. Also leaves a bit of room for expansion later on .

Also the tx3 included is pretty much on par with the hyper 101 i use and i overclock my fx6300 to 4.4 ghz and it still runs nice and cool.

A friend of mine played the ARMA II version with this build:
CPU:AMD A6- 5400k DUAL CORE 3.6 Ghz
Motherboard:MSI Branded A55 Chipset
RAM:Heat Shielded 4 GB 1600MHz
Video Card:D ual Graphics: HD 7540D + HD 6570
Disc Drive: 250 GB:
Only cost him 300$ from here. He chose the basic model. He played on medium with some high settings no problems.
