Solution
The PSU is junk. The company went out of business and that was not one of the good units even when they existed.

You could get MUCH better gaming performance by changing to an 8320 and a $120 motherboard. The saved money could get a gtx770 which will give a HUGE performance increase.

That CPU cooler is complete trash. The stock cooler is better. It is a waste of $8

That HDD is meant for Servers not personal computers.

1.) PSU Probably is junk, I haven't really heard of it but I read some good reviews
2.) I feel like this board would be pretty good for OC with the 8+2 phase, also, Alot of $120 and under boards turn out being more trouble than worth.
3.) Ya, you're right I was going to put hyper 212 evo in there, and I'm wondering what I was thinking when I put that Antec there
4.)Why would there be a difference? They work in the same fashion, and It is a good price/gb

4. It uses sleep state power saving and is not compatible with all desktop PSUs and will be slower to respond as it has to spin al lthe way back up from stopped frequently.

1. Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, XFx is what you want.

2. No. There are PLENTY of $120 board that are very good. Also, it would be WAY better to forgo overclocking in favor of a better CPU. Gaming is 20% CPU and 80% GPU. you can have a stock 8320 + gtx770 and it will blow the pants off a HIGHLY overclocked 8350 + gtx760 in every game, every time. Plus the 8320 can be overclocked easily as well. It is not worth sacrificing the GPU power. It simply isn't.
