Ok so I run the game at 60 fps, but when I start recording it goes to 30-40 fps this is for a majority of my games. It is super annoying and frustrating! I OKC my gpu for recording test still same results. Should I upgrade my GPU Or HDD

try changing the recording programs affinity to work on core 7 and 8 and the games to work on 1-6. problem is your always gonna have a performance drop while recording games the best you can do is minimise how much of 1. im not sure why but amd seem to have cracked it with there 8350 and up cpu's as they seem to suffer much less when streaming to things like twitch and recording fraps.
