Do I need to use Liquid Cooling for a six or eight core amd cpu??

I'm looking to use a six or eight core AMD cpu in my build. (not for gaming or overclocking). My question is can I use a six or eight core cpu and just use my 5x 120mm fans and maybe a heat sink?

It depends on the processor in quesiton, almost all AMD processors come with a fan and heatsink in the box that works just fine (except for a few models in the FX 9xxx series), but loud at times. If you want a cheap cooler the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO is a good alternative.

I was going to use the AMD FX-8350 Vishera 4.0GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W Eight-Core. No over clocking or hard core gaming is to be expected. My case is the CM Storm Trooper Full Tower.
