Okay, so first off my computer starts up goes past with Acer splash regarldess of hitting Del or F12.... Goes to the next page where it says AhCI Option Rom Bios Revision xx.xx.xx Date xx/xx/xx

After a few moments some more text appears saying Port 0.
After this happens it goes to Boot from CD there is no CD so it skips to.
Nvidia Boot Agent where it tries to resolve DHCP.

I have to hit Del or F12 over and over unitl the Port 0 pops up and then sometimes it gives me the bios or the Boot menu. Hard drive is always first. If i select Hard Disk from the bootmenu it says "Bootable Add-in Cards". I have none... so it being be only available option hit enter.
Boots from CD-Rom No bootable media found.

I do this like 10-12 times finally it will get to opening vista. This time it doesn't appear to be making a comeback.

I have checked the Hard drive on another computer it worked just fine spun up and i was able to pull data off of it and and so reinstalled it and it booted up after awhile but I shut it down to put the case back over it and get the cable all plugged in and stuff and now it wont boot up.

I can't remember the PC specs

its a Dual core Intel CPU
4 GB ram
Windows Vista 32-bit
