Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 doesnt fit the AMD FX 8350??

So i built me a PC with the M5A97 LE R2.0 mobo and a FX 4300 cpu but then recently upgraded to a 8350FX cpu but the stock heatsink that came with it has no where to attach to my mobo.

You need to attach the bracket to the motherboard first, the metal plate underneath the motherboard and then the plastic bracket on top of the motherboard and then screw it together.
