I have a GTX 570 right now, and it's beginning to slow down in gaming, not by much, but noticeably slower. Also I've had this boy for two years and decided it was time for a change. These are my current(self built PC) specs. Remember I'm using specs from 2 yrs ago so yea. They are (CPU- Intel Core i7 960 Sandy Bridge 3.2GhZ) ( 4x2GB Ripjaws Memory) ( PSU- HX750W Corsair) ( 1TB Seagate HDD) (240GB Samsung SSD) ( Forgot the mobo, but I think it was LGA 1136? Whatever the 960 was) and finally the EVGA GTX570. Do you guys think that I should upgrade anything before getting the 780? Or should I just upgrade the whole thing. I was thinking about changing the MOBO to fit one of my spare i7 2600k's lying around unused to save quite a bit of money.

So in all, I was thinking about building something like this as an End Product.

CPU- Intel Core i7 2600k
GPU- GTX780/780ti
PSU- Corsair HX750W
MOBO- Something like an Asus Z78 or something
Mem- 2x4GB Ripjaws
HDD- 1TB Seagate HDD
SSD- 240GB Samsung

I'd go with an gtx 770 or 780 since other things are kinda overkill. I would switch the i7 960 with the 2600k and you've a perfect build for gaming.
