Your PSU has 20 on one rail, 20 on the other. You should be fine, as long as you run the card on the rail that's not handling mobo/cpu power. Upvote 0 Downvote

You could go for a 770 as it consumes less than the 7970 The 680 consumes the least of all of these cards and will run on that PSU as will the GTX 770.
