I have a Seasonic M12II 520W Bronze Evo PSU. Can he handle that cards in the theme? Or more high end cards like gtx 770/780 r9 280x r9 290x?

I have i5 4670k with stock speed... And current I have 7870 2gb double D

Nvidia recommends 42a on the 12v rail for the 770, and they really overshoot their estimates. Your PSU has 20 on one rail, 20 on the other. You should be fine, as long as you run the card on the rail that's not handling mobo/cpu power.

Okay, for one you can definitely not run a 290/290x. You could go for a 770 as it consumes less than the 7970

The 680 consumes the least of all of these cards and will run on that PSU as will the GTX 770.

The 7970 will run but it'd be near the top end of your PSU's capacity.

The 7970 needs 36AMPs from the 12v rail, your PSU can offer 40.
