There is really no reason to buy an antivirus, especially since Windows Defender/Microsoft Security Essentials is now included with Windows 8, and it does a fine job. If you need to cut costs, you can drop the SSD, or get a Bronze certified PSU. This list was mainly just to give you a better reference on what you can get for that price range.

Thank you for a great answer . But can we find a good gaming pc with low budget or this is impossible.. also i will need a cd-dvd driver :)

Note: I know it hurts to pay €1366,76 for USD 1366,76 rig. We are in Europe are unlucky for this kinda things

so....
1. I am second to that you will not need to buy antivirus, free version of Avira, AVG, etc. is enough
2. I like expl0itfinder config but if you have problem with your budget, take the SSD for now and add it later. You can also cut the GPU to R9 270 or R9 270x for now.
3. If you do not plan to OC, take i5 4570 like in your original plan (this will cut the budget too) and also take H87 mobo for non-OC rig. (again it will lower the budget down again)
4. DVD/CD burner costs only max €30. No need to worry about it :)
5. You can also get for now ususal cheap Logitech mouse and keyboard combo if you are really short of budget.
I think if you do all of my suggestions, you will end up with a decent gaming PC and shouzld cost no more than €1000.

I agree with everything you said except for losing the ability to overclock. That's a nice thing to have, as it will save you some money in the long run when you can just overclock the CPU instead of having to grab a new mobo/cpu.
