Feel more comfortable asking here instead of the System forum.

Will I get the most performance out of my R9 290 with this build?

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus Z87-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Patriot Viper 3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
GPU: PowerColor Radeon R9 290 PCS+ 4GB Video Card [3 fan version]
PSU: XFX 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

I plan on overclocking my CPU and my GPU(if I can, need to google lol)

Thanks for reading and thanks for any replies in advance.

Since that card is(what I would call) a freaking beast, and that system is pretty well set up, You will be able to play any games at ultra settings no problem. Getting the most out of you card, yes.

Awesome replies, would pick you all as best answer.

Should I opt for a 850w PSU?

PSU: XFX 850W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

I'd rather be safer than sorry, or is 750w honestly enough?

750w is super enough, 850w is for crossfire config.

Your PSU is enough for everything you have listed here plus whatever else you would want to throw in there(to an extent of course).
