Will these parts work on my system?

Corsair VS650 PSU: http://www.corsair.com/en/power-supply-units/vs-series-power-supply-units/vs-seriestm-vs650-650-watt-power-supply.html

NVIDIA GTX 760 2gb: http://www.gigabyte.com.au/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4663#ov

Here is what I have currently:

CPU:
Intel Core i3 3240 @ 3.40GHz 33 °C
Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology
RAM:
6.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard:
PEGATRON CORPORATION 2AD5 (SOCKET 0)
Graphics:
VE228 (1920x1080@60Hz)
3072MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 (MSI)
Hard Drives
932GB Seagate ST1000DM003-9YN162 (SATA)

And a terrible 300W PSU.

I plan on upgrading the motherboard, however that will be at a later time.

Thanks in advance!

Will the graphics card work with my current motherboard for the time being? I plan on upgrading my motherboard in the near future but not right now.

the PSU for the vid card is more than enough...
and yes you can also upgrade the motherboard in the near future since your current processor will still fit in your old one...
just don't do any "crazy" overclocks and you should be just fine

He won't be doing any crazy overclocking with an i3. And a reputable 550w PSU can stand up to some pretty insane overclocks without a hitch.
