So I have almost chosen everything for my new (first) build and here is the build that I am going for:

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2WGkc

The memory is CFD-Elixir DDR3 1600 Long DIMM 8GB x2 CL11 W3U1600HQ-8GC11 ( I am buying from Japan, so it's not listed on pcpartspicker, however it seems like it will be fine, I hope) The system will be used mainly for photoshop, 3ds max and gaming, also I don't plan to overclock which is why I chose the h87 and 4770.

As I live in Japan I can't get a lot of the models that were recommended to me previously. I was going to go for a Corsair CX600M, but it seems that many people are against that psu :( So here is a list of what I can get here and the relative price:

Seasonic S12II-620 620W - Bronze - $110
CX600M - $75
FSP RAIDER 650W RA-650 - $75
GIGABYTE 【HASWELL】 650W GZ-EMS65A-C1 Rev2 - $55
Century Sunflower ー 80PLUS PLATINUM 500W Fanless Model SF-500P14FG $120
ANTEC 【HASWELL】 EA-650 PLATINUM $110
CoolerMaster 650W RS650-ACAAD3-JP (GX Bronze 650W) $70

There are also a load of KEIAN PSU's but they seem to be a Japanese only bran so perhaps I can't get a great deal of info about them. The COOLERMASTER RS650 seems a good choice for the price, but the SEASONIC is one that I hear a lot about. So what do you guys think?

Also because I am using the Gigabyte GA-H87N-WIFI Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard
I was told that I cant use Coolermaster Hyper 212x, if this is the case, will I be able to use the Scythe Katana 4 or the Hyper TX3 EVO CoolerMaster instead? both are around $30, but I don'T know so much about either of them aside from relatively good reviews :/

The Seasonic would be the obvious pick, even though it's a little expensive relatively. For the price, the Corsair is fairly solid, it's main selling point it that you get a lot for your money, but it's not the same level of quality as the Seasonic is, and in a Prodigy modular cables aren't really all that important as there is quite a lot of space to tuck cables.
Coolermaster (with a few exceptions) are generally a brand to avoid for PSUs, so if you are struggling for money then the FSP or Corsair might be worth consideration to try and get costs down. The FSP in particular is very well priced compared to the others.

The issue with the Gigabyte ITX boards is that the CPU socket is next to the PCIe slot. In a Prodigy you have near to...

The issue with the Gigabyte ITX boards is that the CPU socket is next to the PCIe slot. In a Prodigy you have near to unlimited height, but width is a big limitation. Both the Scythe and the TX3 will fit, along with similarly sized coolers like the Arctic Freezer 13, EVGA ACX mITX CPU, Hyper 101, Xigametek Loki. There's a lot of options, and there won't be vast performance difference between them. As you aren't overclocking, it's really not a big deal, your main priority is presumably noise levels. If it were me I'd probably just end up going for the cheapest.
