Custom Build Upgrade [$500-700]

Current Build (I already OWN the components in this list):
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912
MoBo: ASRock B75 PRO3
PSU: Cooler Master EPP 500W
CPU: Intel Core i5-3450 Ivy Bridge
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB

I'm looking to upgrade this build as best as I can. I currently own the components above, and I have around $500-700 that I can shell into it, again.

Any final build choices NEED to have:
RAM: 16GB RAM
GPU: New GPU, preferably 2GB/PCI3.
PSU: Able to handle current build + new components. 750W min.
Monitors: I'd like two new monitors, 21.5" FHD at 1080p.

That's not what I'm asking. Serious responses only, please.

"Just" gaming may not require more than 8GB, however, I will not be `just` gaming. I will also be compiling programs, rendering video, gaming, and occasionally hosting a server.

I would like to have a surplus of resources, in order to be able to dedicate when I need to.

So, back on topic ~

I'm looking to upgrade my current system, specifically the things listed in the OP. Suggestions?

Edit: For some reason, my phone didn't show me your link in my email. I appreciate your suggestions. I would like an additional 8gb to my current build, though.

If you would insist 8gb is enough, I would have to lower my maximum budget to 500. The current budget was set with those components in mind.
