put my question here in about trying to connect to my network but not getting any replies ,is there anyone out there that can help

Solution
Make sure you are entering the password/passphrase correctly as either hex or ascii. Also, you should stop using WEP (it is nearly worthless) and change to WPA.

Is this a continuation of the problem you posted on 7 FEB?

If so, please provide more information about your problem.

Is this a secure network (using WEP, WPA, etc)? Are you drivers up to date? Can you connect to any other networks (like open ones)?

What operating system are you using?

Please clarify.

Yes my security key is correct, it's all numbers... Even check it out on the other laptops and it's the same.... Thanks

Oh yeah, can see the numbers, and the network shows up high strength.. All that is fine. It was working on wifi at another location, and the other devices that are here are working with the security key, even double checked the security information on another laptop... But it also comes up when it does try to connect that it's attempting to authenticate...

So your saying that I'm going to have to change all the security settings for the rest of my devices just to fix one... Seems like alot of trouble.. Is there anything else that I could do.... Half afraid that I will fool up the other devices..

Using WEP is almost like using nothing.

You could change the WEP password on your router and try that with the offending system (and all of your others), but you would still have an issue of using WEP.

This still sounds like an issue entering the password. Sorry.
