Is this a continuation of the problem you posted on 7 FEB?

Is this a secure network (using WEP, WPA, etc)? Are you drivers up to date? Can you connect to any other networks (like open ones)?
What operating system are you using?
Please clarify.[/quotems
everything is up to date, connect to wire and updated everything today... again..., my network is using WEP, and it was connected to another network before i brought it home, and I'm using win 7. When I tried to manually add a preferred network it won't accept my security key..it says (it's not strong enough) but it is the one using. Also there are other laptops and tablets using the same security key ( one is using win 7 and the other win 8) ..when I try to connect automatically it won't accept it there either, and if it do get past that it says attempting to authenticate. I've been to the router page and check everything ,looked at the security on another laptop that is connected and everything is the same ...I hope this enough info..don't think that I'm forgetting anything...
