I want to run every game on ultra in 25 FPS+ on Mentioned specs :-

1. AMD 3.5 AM3+ FX 6-Core Edition FX-6300 Processor

2. MSI Radeon R9 270X 2GB DDR5 Graphics Card GAMING 2G Edition

3. WD Caviar Blue 500 GB Desktop Internal Hard Drive

4. Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) 1600Mhz PC RAM

5. Cooler Master Thunder 600 Watts PSU

6. HP DVD1260i-UH06C DVD Burner Internal Optical Drive

7. Antec X1 Gaming Cabinet front red LED

8. MSI 970A-G43 Motherboard

I will mainly play BattleField 4, Crysis 3, Assassin's Creed 4, Batman Arkham Origins and Elder Scrolls V Skyrim modded (ENB RealVision).
Will I need extra cooling or the fans of Antec x1 are enough ?

yes this should play games at ultra settings but vs550 is a weak psu with chinese capacitors but as long as you can play games normally you will be fine.

Yes, its probably going to run the games with 25+ FPS. But if you want better gaming performance, get a better motherboard (that can handle overclocking), 600W PSU, CPU cooler and buy another 4 GB RAM. Could you tell me your budget please? I think its around 700-800$, isn't it?

Also i dont see a case there? Do you have one?

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($117.12 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master RR-T4-18PK-R1 70.0 CFM Rifle Bearing CPU Cooler ($19.99 @ Microcenter)
Motherboard: ASRock 990FX Extreme3 ATX AM3+/AM3 Motherboard ($112.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card ($324.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: NZXT Source 210 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($29.99 @ Microcenter)
Power Supply: XFX 650W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $795.02

The 770 is better than the 270X and its around the same price.

Hopefully i helped.

Is Seasonic Eco Series 600W Power Supply (SS-600BT) fine ?
The PSU's that you recommended are either out of stock or not there in my country.
