Asrock 990fx Extreme4 or ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0?

Ill be putting my old FX 6300 and R9 270x .. I might be upgrading my proc to 8350 and Sapphire r9 280x Toxic in the future. . Which board should i use since my old Gigabyte 970a DS3p sucks and i wanna change it. Thanks for those who would make time to answer.

Thank you for replying, Could you please explain briefly what is the advantage of the asus over the asrock? beside memory handling and could you please kindly elaborate what do you mean by memory handling. Im just new on building my own PC so this information would help me. . Thanks in advance sir.
