I'm building my first PC, and I'm currently waiting for the rest of my parts to arrive. But earlier today, my cat knocked onto the floor; one motherboard(in box), one SSD(in box), and one hard drive. My question, are they alright, or am I doomed? Because I don't have $500 to replace them. They fell from just under two feet onto a carpeted floor, the former falling on the side you'd scan to purchase, and the other two just taking the full almost two feet.

Solution
The SSD will be perfectly fine, and the motherboard should be ok, depends how well they pack it. The thing I would worry about would be the HDD. Although, carpet is usually pretty forgiving, and you may be alright. I wouldn't worry about it until you get everything setup though :)

Thanks guys! And yeah it's packed pretty well, at least at it's price tag I'd hope so xD. I hope the HDD is fine, if not, I'm out 4TB of storage ;-; But It wasn't too bad a fall, so I think it's okay, but I wanted a second opinion. Once again thanks for putting my mind at ease.
