I have been updating laptop for my company from windows XP to Windows 7 Pro 64bit. I have a lot of people who do work out in the field and have either Verizon's USB stick Pantech UML290 or their jetpack. This one website is used for client assessments and is a critical part of their job. They had no problem accessing the website when they were on XP but now on 7 they are unable to access it. They can access all other websites with no problem but when they try to access this one site the page just stays white and nothing loads. They are running IE10. the website that they cant access is https://login.qualifacts.org/carelogic/.

We've run into similar at work when someone got upgraded to IE10 vs 8/9. Not a full whitescreen, just loss of some functionality. It was a difference in JavaScript rendering.

But Compatibility View seems to fix the issue. But if that doesn't in your case....
As said above, contact the website.

Also, possibly try the IETab add-on in Firefox.

I opened the site in Firefox - "In order to access your account, Internet Explorer must be used."
In IETab - it didn't say that. Of course I don't have a login, but at least it didn't throw up that message.

So an update to this little problem I am having. I contacted the company that runs the website, they said their site would be full IE10 compliant on Wed the 26th. I had a user try yesterday and they were able to access the website, but once they started their VPN back to the company the website stopped working and has not worked since. All the users that use Verizon's USB cards are having the problem anyone using the mifi packs works just fine. I also looked into the F12 in IE and I am getting an error "SCRIPT5022: Unsupported Operation: openDatabase" offline.js line 43 character 3.
