do you have multiple drives? I have a SSD for my OS, but my games are installed on my D: drive...so when I update geforce experience I have to remap to the d drive locations (program files and program files (x86) and search for games again

I have 3 Hard drives One is for windows, second is for games and third is for Music and Other stuffs.. I remap again and again to the drive where games is installed, but it still says no games found... But when i install battlefield 3, and then open geforce experience then i search for games ... then geforce experience is able to find battlefield 3.. As I also install AS4, Ghost recon and some other on the same drive where AS$, Ghost recon is Installed, but geforce wont able to find them ....Why.... tell me the solution... Its very Urgent.

Are these games retail or purchased through steam?
GeForce experience will not list pirated games.

Sorry any talk of piracy is against the forum rules. You have openly admitted to piracy. Thread is ended. Do not reply and wait until a moderator closes this thanks :)

From my reading of the Rules of Conduct, the issue is largely with people asking for help to pirate stuff, or advising people to use pirated stuff. I'm fairly sure that referring to the mere existence of pirated software is not so taboo.

Said rules are available here.

Also, I think you're being a little presumptuous in your attempts to second-guess us Mods.

GeForce Experience is supposed not to detect pirated games.
You may also have not added the path where these games are installed to the list of locations in GeForce Experience.

Here is a list of reasons your games might not be detected:

The GeForce Experience Scan for games feature can only support unsecured directories. Directories that have access limitations (such as network shares, user directories, etc.) are not supported.

GeForce Experience creates a new user named "UpdatusUser". If this user profile does not have read access to the directory where your games are installed to, Geforce Experience will not be able to locate those games.

Supported games must be patched to the latest version available from the developer. The Geforce Experience will not detect older versions of the game, the use of game cracks or other mods which makes changes to the games executable.

hey buddy "GeForce Experience creates a new user named "UpdatusUser". If this user profile does not have read access to the directory where your games are installed to, Geforce Experience will not be able to locate those games"
can you please explain this... pLs

This is cut and pasted from the included link.
Despite this, I can't see this user account on my machine.

I actually meant to have this at the top of the pasted section:
GeForce Experience uses the locations specified in the Preferences —> Games tab to find games. Add the location where your game is installed if you have selected a directory other than the default game path.

I believe this is likely to be your issue, rather than permissions problems.
This will likely have paths "C:\Program Files", "C:\Program Files (x86)" and your steam library folder.
If you are installing to another path, e.g. "D:\Games", you need to add this path.

Yes Man, I already add D path. But nothing seems to work.... But one thing Whenever I install BF4 and BF3 it can automatically detect that game. But why not this AS4, Ghost recon And other games.?

Are your games actually installed to D:\ or to a subfolder. Try adding the folder where the games folders are actually created and scan for games.
Were these games actually installed to the current location, or were the folders moved there?
Were these games installed through the steam client or from a DVD?

I also have 2 drives in my computer. A 128 GB SSD and a 1TB. I have my games on the 1TB, and I have a folder on that called "Games", where all the game files are. I was able to select just that folder, and it picked up all my games. Also for steam, the steam files are inside that "Games" folder.

If you have no clue what I'm saying, I'll do a picture tutorial

P.S. I run a 760 C:

God I hate pirates. Why can't you just dish out the cash for it?, it's super cheap on steam sales and I think digital theft is no better than real theft, lord GabeN is not amused and I hope you suffer the consequences for your selfish actions

Its not that we don't have cash. It's just that it's so much easier. No waiting for sales, no waiting for steam to update every 30 seconds. I have some games pirated and some real. They all work the same.

I seriously hope you suffer the consequences as well.Nothing at all can justify piracy as games are not a NEED.

IT DOESN'T MATTER IF IT WORKS THE SAME. The devs are the people who made the game you enjoy, they worked long and hard to make it possible and then there are douches like you who steal their products. I wish the government was more tough or e-pirates and gave them jail or the same prosecutions as a real life thief as it's essentially the same thing.

Well I do live in china (overseas job), so TECHNICALLY, it's legal here.

(when i say technically, i mean as in the government doesnt care.)

Listen Roxas Boy We are not the only one who use pirates games. Alot of people use pirate games and some not like you. You pay for real game and play the same game we use pirate game and play the same as you play.. so whats the difference. And i also have some original games and some pirate games. which works same. SO pirate and real are same and we wont steal it.. and leave that jail topic on government..
