First rule:
If you plan to buy a new monitor nowadays, I would not recommend to get anything below full HD (1920x1080)
So, do not take the 1280x1024 monitor.

I know the best combination is to take the R9 290 one and a 1080 full HD monitor but if you can not afford it, take the one with GTX770 and full HD monitor :)

It makes no sense playing R9 290 on a 1280x1024 monitor.

But IF i playing with 1280x1024 on r9 290 how many fps i will get in crysis 3 and how many i will get with 1900x1080 on Gtx 770?

Put those 1208x1024 ancient monitor out of the topic....please
Make it fix, only at least full HD monitor will be used for gaming.
The difference between R9 290 and GTX770 is only few fps but the different between 1280x1024 monitor with full HD monitor is like heaven and earth.
