Its not bad, but for gaming I think your temps should be lower with the Hyper 212 evo.
Is your cpu overclocked?
Is your fan speed working?i.e is it running @ max rpm under load?
Case airflow could also be a factor.

The paste that comes with Hyper 212 evo is good enough.
You could try a reseat.
A small dot in the middle. too much paste can cause high temps.
A thin layer of paste is all it needs.
