Yes, I am overclocking, and will probably be playing/streaming some games.

The question is, would the H80 be worth an extra $15 over the Hyper Evo? (I can get an H80 for $45 shipped)

I'm only asking because I've heard that a two fan setup on the Hyper Evo is really nice, and I just happen to have plenty of fans laying around.

I already regret getting the 6300 over the 8320...but I can always try to sell it. I found a 8320 for $135, so I'll probably get that.

I'm just curious about the H80 because I never even considered it until I found it for $45. I was always going for the Evo, but now I might be having second thoughts.

Yes, it's the H80, not the H80i. Here is a link to the forum post.

My main concerns were that it was used, and I have no clue about the condition of the pipes/tubing/radiator, etc., and the necessary maintenance of the radiator, which I tend to forget about. You know what, now that I'm thinking about it, I'd be better off with the 212 for now, but thanks for the input.

That was exactly my thought as I typed that. At least if the EVO doesn't work I can get it replaced.
