i have a iPhone 36s 16GB, i dropped it and it cracked but it wouldn't turn on so i bought a new screen and just recently replaced it but it still wont turn on, all the connections are properly connected and ive already tried pressing the off/mute button and the home screen but it still wont work.

Solution
As Dale mentioned it's apparent that more than just the screen was damaged. If you're lucky, the damage is limited to an incorrectly seated connector. If I were you I'd take it apart and make sure that all of the connectors are properly seated, especially the ones that you reconnected when you replaced the screen.

Just because the screen broke, doesn't mean "only" the screen broke. :(

Sorry you invested in a replacement screen for nothing, but seeing as how that is a 4 generation old phone, just pony up and buy something newer. It will be cheaper than repairing the existing one.
