I've been trying to call gigabyte but for some reason it is saying they are closed even though the message says they are open mon-fri 830-5. Anyway, yesterday I updated my bios by opening start menu, typing in bios, selecting it and then clicking update. After it was done it said I had to restart my computer so I did. Once I resterted I kept getting disk read error message press ctrl alt delete to restart and that just kept happening every time I restarted. Finally on startup I would briefly get the windows loading screen but it would then quickly flash a blue screen which I could not read because it would only flash for a split second and restart again. Now it does this every time and after it restarts I get Windows error recover, Launch Startup Repair (recommended) and Start windows normally. First I tried the startup repair which did not work. Then I tried a restore point which also didn't work. Next I tried restarting and booting in safe mode and still the same issue, I couldnt even get it booted in safe mode. After many failed attempts I decided the only thing to do was to boot from a windows os disk and even that is not working. This is extremely frustrating and I have no idea what else to do. There are two other options when I select startup repair which are windows memory diagnostic and command prompt and I have no clue how to use those. PLEASE HELP ME.
