Does this CPU fit into this Mobo?

hi im lookiing for a cheap mobo to go with the AMD Phenom X4 9750 2.4 GHz Quad-Core cpu ive got.
just wondering if this is ok
Foxconn RS780M03A1-8EKRS2HM AM2 Motherboard, or
Foxconn A6VMX Socket AM2 Motherboard

i can get either for under £20 or if theres any other i might be able to get around that price. been looking on ebay and theres a few but not sure whether certain am2 mobos will fit

yeah ive gone for the a6vmx cause its new, yeah im using an asus board myself. this is for my first build. bit of a hobby. thats why i wanted only a cheap 1.

Foxcon is big, but they make a lot of motherboards for OEM's (HP, dell, gateway, etc) If you have an OEM PC, I'd check with that company as the bios THEY use could affect the processors supported.
