The Galexy 650 ti boost 2gb is $145 on EBay new with original box and excessories.

The gtx 660 ti is $220 with a different box and no excessories also new. (Seller has %100 positive feedback so I trust the listings)

Which should I get, I understand the 660 ti is better but I only have $230 to spend right now and if I get the 660 ti I'll have better graphical performance but I won't be able to upgrade my CPU (celeron g540) for another 2 months or so. With the 650 ti boost I'll be able to get a i5 3550 in two weeks (high school senior working part time). So witch should I spring for, I do plan to keep this computer till my sophomore year in college. I don't mind turning graphics down but I would like to kept it around medium-high to high setting for the near future.

If you have money constraints at this time, I would suggest you to get GTX 660 and upgrade the processor. 660Ti is better, you can still get it but as you said you may have to wait for 2 more months for processor. Bec there wont be much difference betwn 660 and 660Ti. You can overclock 660 so it can perform near to 660Ti. 600W is more than enough for running this GPU
