ONE computer has SLOW internet - others are fine

We have two windows 7 laptops and two tablets on our network and Exceed Satellite internet. All are used in the same room with the router. ONE computer has gotten so slow it's unreal when on internet. Some sites can take several minutes to load. This same computer will stop responding several times a day and various parts won't work and nothing responds so I have to turn it off. Then turn it on in safe mode first because if I restart in regular the sound and mouse are weird. If I go to safemode and then restart again in regular everything is fine until the next time. All of windows help info and such is useless.

if its slow just with internet then its updating something or possibility that computer is old maybe overheating if its newer was cleaned with this:http://www.officedepot.com/catalog/search.do?Ntt=Canned+Air+Duster&cm_mmc=Google-_-NB_CBS_Cleaning_MB-_-Cleaning_Duster_Air-_-%2bCompressed%20%2bAir_31179264-VQ2-g-VQ6-6744531336-VQ15-1t2-VQ16-c. and have slower pcu that's way u guessing the cause is internet .whats the model of the "slow" laptop
