what ram and mobo do you got. it will depend on the bios too? also why do you want to o/c the ram?

Will also (and primarily) need to know CPU, most any DRAM can be OCed, and most any mobo can carry higher DRAM freqs, but it primarily depends on if the CPU (the MC (memory controller)) can carry the freqs
